It is my first time using the bill pay website and I can’t seem to get logged in.

Try following these steps:

1. Enter your email address.

2. Your password is “fiber” plus the last 4 digits of the account holder’s social security number. (Example: fiber1234 )

3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to click. You must click this link in order to access your account.

4. The first time you log in you will be asked to choose a new, permanent password.

 

How do I get my bill?

A link to your bill will be emailed to you on the last working day of the month. We do not send out paper bills. If you haven’t seen your bill please be sure to check your spam folder.

To help avoid the spam folder in the future, please add estatement@phynxfiber to your contact list.

 

If you would prefer to have your billed mailed to you, we charge a $5 monthly fee for the paper copy.  Please contact our office at 573-975-1112 to set up this request.

 

When are payments due?

Payments are due by the 10th of the month.

 

Why is my first bill higher than I expected?

Your first bill will be prorated, and will include a partial month’s charge from the date of hookup to the end of the month, AND the next full month, making it larger than a normal bill.

 

How do I pay my bill?

The easiest way is to follow the link at the top of our home page that says “Pay Bill Online.” From our bill pay site you can pay your bill with a one-time payment or set up automatic payments. You can also pay over the phone by calling our office at 573-975-1112 Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Placing a locate request is free and easy! Call 1-800-DIG-RITE (800-344-7483) or 811 or place your request online at mo1call.com.

Missouri law requires that any person making or beginning any excavation notify Missouri One Call at least three but no more than ten working days in advance, except in the case of an emergency.
